FLINT MICHIGAN ARTIST DESCRIBES THEIR SOUND AS NONE SHORTER THAN OF “A GOOD MF TIME”

Born and raised in Flint, Tonio Adonis started their musical journey on YouTube beginning with skits and song covers. With inspiration from the 80’s Pop, R&B, and Rock genres, the singer/actor describes the era of music as “timeless and so relevant with today’s music”. “I love the fashion, the way the music videos looked, the slang they used, just everything! I try to incorporate that era in my music, image, music videos, etc.,” claims the artist.
The independent songstress currently has two mixtapes available now on all streaming platforms. Like any great artist, Adonis experiences the difficulties of being aspired to, “I do everything myself. It can be extremely overwhelming and stressful sometimes. I self-taught myself how to do everything such as the editing, mixing, sound quality, etc.”, says Tonio. Nonetheless, the creative has a process that consists of meditating to help ease the pressure, “I like to just think about what I want to do, how I want to do it, and what kind of sound I want” they add.
With a goal of selling out in stadiums all over the world, Tonio Adonis already has two mixtapes available now on all streaming platforms. The artist shows pride in the mixtape “Baddie” expressing to have created the album without refrain, “I was myself 100 percent throughout the whole era.” With consistency and hope, Tonio Adonis believes that they will be able to acquire all goals by continuing to work hard!
