T’Challa Drops Single “Game Day” ft. Bobby Brown Jr.
From Los Angeles, CA, T’Challa has his feet rooted in many areas of the music industry. A Pastor, who said he is destined to do many great things through music, had given him the name. He is an Artist, producer, A&R of 2 Miles Ahead Records and a member of the group Heroes. At the young age of 3 is when he discovered his interest for instruments, and that is when he began playing the drums. From then on, he decided to learn the art of all instruments and can now play guitar, bass, piano, and the organ.
T’Challa recorded his first song in his bedroom when he was only 7 years old on two old school tape recorders. As he continued in his career, at the age of 9 he went on to record at a professional recording studio known as Capitol Records, right at the heart of Hollywood, along with the late Ray Charles and Slash from Guns N’ Roses. His musical influences as an artist come from Artists like Michael Jackson, The Beatles, Daft Punk, Jack U, Deadmau5, Dave Grohl, and Yeezy. He composes and produced all of his music (unless he is recording with his band Heroes).
One of his first headlining performances was a sold out show with his former band Mulatto/Z alongside Miguel, Anderson Paak, and Pac Div, at The Roxy in Hollywood, CA. Apart from headlining his own shows, when T’Challa was fresh out of high school, he and his former group also toured with NAS which they continue to do.
Most recently, T’Challa released his single “Game Day” featuring Bobby Brown Jr., the son of the legendary Bobby Brown. In the near future, you can expect new music as he is working on his first debut album titled “KING”. The sound that you can expect from the album is a dance vibe that will get you moving and grooving. So stay tuned!
