Independent artist Judah Shadrach is on the COME UP! Starting his music career back in his early teen years, Judah has a versatile sound and writes his own lyrics. He has also opened shows for artists such as Troy Ave, Lil Uzi Vert, and Bryson Tiller. The Orlando artist has been killing it this year with new music drops and is ready to impress fans once again with a new visual that is dropping very soon! Given name at birth by mom, got teased when I got older and then understood the uniqueness and power behind it

Born San Antonio raised Kissimmee FT
What is YOUR genre?
All music. I love listening to Hip-Hop and Reggae
How would you describe your sound/style?
I think my sound is unique because it is a blend of my Jamaican heritage as well as the context of growing up in Orlando. My style, I’m pretty laid back and easy going I want fans to feel my music as conscious and relevant.
Why music? Describe your passion.
I’m sort of an introvert till I get to know you after that the the extrovert comes out. with not a whole lot to say till I have something to say. To me, music is a way for me to express my emotions. I believe that story through music can touch a person in deep meaningful ways. When you listen to my music it’s a way for fans to tap into my story to find strength in theirs.
Who/what inspires your sound/music?
Lil Wayne, without him man, he ushered in a new wave of hip hop. Jeezey, Bouju Banton.
Who is your motivation and why? (for example, parents, siblings, etc).
My family believe in me so hard and so much. They wouldn’t let me give up even when I wanted too.
What are your goals when it comes to your music career?
To inspire people through my music. I want to give back to Orlando through music and along the way I want to what I can to give a hand up to the youth of this community.
Do you have a new project that is out now or coming out soon that you are currently promoting?
We just released “The League Featuring Wavo” this record was inspired by one of my good friends that died as a result of gun violence. We are currently working in a full project TBD
What message do you want to leave the audience with when reading the article?
I just want my fans to know they have someone real. I want them to know that I’m just like them. I always treat people the way I want to be treated. I like my fans to know that I am someone that will support them the same way they support me.
