Megan Thee Stallion Lands Cover Of Variety Magazine

Meg Thee Stallion is serving looks on the latest cover of Variety’s “Power of Young Hollywood” issue, rocking a blonde bob and a black bodysuit. The 25-year-old Houston rapper opened up about her album, her successful career and the Black Lives Matter movement.

Although there was one topic that could not be avoided, Megan did address the recent shooting involvong Tory Lanez – but kept things to a minimum. “I’m not the type of person who can stay down for a long time,” she told Variety. “I don’t like to be sad or keep myself in a dark place, because I know it could be the worst thing happening, but the pain and the bad things don’t last for long.”

When discussing her career and her family, Meg went into detail about how her family informed her music career. In addition to juggling her busy schedule, the rapper is also working towards getting her bachelor’s degree in health administration at Texas Southern University.

While fans are waiting for her to drop the next project, Megan says she will include lyrics regarding the Black Lives Matter movement.

“I feel like everything that’s going on right now, if it hasn’t moved you to speak out or try to make some type of difference, then something might be slightly wrong with you. Even though I haven’t already come out with a song with that messaging, I definitely plan on it.”

Meg is still going strong as she was recently nominated for three MTV VMAs and has a new single dropping this Friday with rapper Cardi B.

Another win for this Hot Girl!
