Birdo Is Taking Flight!

Birdo is a rising Hip-Hop artist from Fort Worth Texas! With a sound he describes as hustle music, Birdo started writing in middle school, and he decided to pursue music freshman year of high school. He draws inspiration from personal experiences, and he writes as soon as it strikes in the moment. Birdo says, “The best advice I got was from my uncle Larry. He told me just get out there and do it and don’t never stop.” His goals are to take his music to another level in the next year, and we cannot wait to see Birdo spread his wings and fly higher! What inspired your artist name? And where did you get the name from? 

My name first came from a neighborhood nick name as bird and I turned it into Birdo

What do you enjoy most about being a musician? 

I love being a musician because I enjoy music. Even as a child, I like hearing my voice over beats while being creative.

If you could collab with one person in the industry who would it be and why?

I always wanted to work it Justin Bieber because I feel like it would be a different style then what I’m used to.

Do you write, produce, and engineer your own music? If you don’t, who do you collaborate with?

I write my own music, and I collaborate with my team “royal family music group”.

How any singles, EPs, or Albums have you released? Which one is your favorite? Why?

I released three mixtapes and four singles. Doja is my favorite single, and goubaby is my favorite mixtape. 

Word of advice to your younger self?

Take all criticism. It could’ve made me a better artist back then.
